New York: On December 5th, American Values 2024, the Super PAC endorsing Robert F. Kennedy, Jr.’s presidential candidacy, announced its intention to secure ballot access in crucial moments in ten pivotal states: Arizona, California, Colorado, Georgia, Illinois, Indiana, Michigan, Nevada, New York, and Texas.
These ten states represent approximately half of the nationwide signatures required, and American Values 2024 is embarking on an independent ballot access campaign, willing to undertake all necessary tasks independently and within the framework of the law. This solidifies the organization’s commitment to ensuring that Robert F. Kennedy Jr. has a viable path to the White House (this list may change after additional legal review).
American Values 2024 Super PAC anticipates spending between $10 and $15 million to tackle this monumental task in these ten states, leveraging legal expertise to analyze each state’s requirements, processes, and implementation.
“We have chosen to pursue these critical, some transcendental, states due to the complexity of state election codes and the volume of signatures required to access the ballots. The ballot access initiative ensures Robert F. Kennedy, Jr. as a presidential option for the United States,” said Deirdre Goldfarb, Special Ballot Access Advisor.
“The Super PAC is also gearing up for inevitable attacks from both sides of the aisle. Democrats and Republicans are panicking about Bobby’s growing popularity among black voters, Hispanic voters, all voters under 45, and anyone concerned about ending corruption in DC,” expressed Tony Lyons, co-founder of American Values 2024 Super PAC and president of Skyhorse Publishing.
“Kennedy’s numbers have deeply shocked the establishment elites, and we know they will work in a complete attempt to keep Bobby off the ballot and debate stage. Clearly, they don’t understand what people worldwide have realized: that we are in the midst of a revolution, and the people’s will, their desire to have politicians fight for the middle class against the greed and corruption of oligarchs, is unstoppable. Bobby is polling at 24%, equivalent to 40 million people who would vote for him if the elections were held today, and it’s only the beginning,” concluded Tony Lyons.
