Hunter, the president’s son, and Melissa, his wife, were shopping with their 2-year-old son Beau.

Biden came out of The Black Dog with a tiny brown paper grocery bag. Regarding the president’s purchases, the White House could not comment immediately.

The retail sector coined the term to give small, locally-owned businesses a chance to participate in the holiday shopping frenzy and to compete with the deeper discounts and markdowns that larger corporate retailers offer on Black Friday, the day after Thanksgiving, to attract customers.
A reporter questioned Biden about the recent dinner meeting between former president Donald Trump, Ye, the artist formerly known as Kanye West, and the white nationalist Nick Fuentes at Trump’s Florida property.
Trump’s two dinner companions had both voiced anti-Semitic sentiments. Trump has claimed that he is ignorant of Fuentes’ history.

Biden responded, “You don’t want to hear what I believe. Such opinions have no place in America, according to Biden.

Before Friday’s annual Christmas tree lighting event, Biden went shopping in downtown Nantucket.
