SANTO DOMINGO.- A woman reported that her 11-year-old daughter had been kidnapped for several weeks by a man in Villa Altagracia.
Rosely Jiménez said that Rodolfo del Rosario, alias Pilón, the alleged kidnapper of her daughter, sent her a photo of both of them, indicating that he had married her and should not worry about her.
The girl’s mother complained that after filing the complaint in the Villa Altagracia Investigating Court, the local police told the family to locate the kidnapper to arrest him.
