Santo Domingo.- The Public Ministry asked the judge of the Special Instructions of the Supreme Court of Justice, Napoleón Estévez Lavandier, to impose a measure of coercion against the deputy Rosa Amalia Pilarte López, accused of crimes of drug trafficking and money laundering.
In this instance, the deputy attorney Pedro Amador asked the judge to impose a periodic presentation, an impediment to leaving the country.
Likewise, as a measure of coercion, he requested the payment of an economic guarantee in cash amounting to 100 million.
The deputy prosecutor makes the motion in the request to open a trial against the deputy of the Modern Revolutionary Party (PRM).
The Attorney General of the Republic, Miriam Germán Brito, had instructed to investigate the deputy Rosa Amalia Pilarte López for crimes of drug trafficking and money laundering.
