The Dominican Liberation Party (PLD) will continue the discussions related to the Opposition Alliance Rescate RD this Tuesday, which it carried out with the People’s Force and the Dominican Revolutionary Party (PRD), according to Rubén Bichara.
According to the statements of Bichara, president of the National Electoral Commission of the PLD, yesterday, Monday night, the Alliances Commission was meeting to define details about it.
“The meetings continue today and perhaps two more days and we are precisely in that process to seal all the discussions aimed at the alliance that you already know,” was the response of the PLD leader.
The RD Rescue Alliance, signed between the prominent opposition organizations, was announced on August 21 and will lead alliances in some 86 mayoralties, 150 municipal districts, and four senatorial offices.
