Santo Domingo, RD: The exponents of urban music Rochy RD (Aderly Ramírez) and La Demente (Esteisi Peña Santana) are free of any accusation made by the Public Ministry after the judicial decision of “auto no place” decreed in favor of both.
The determination was made this Monday afternoon by the Fifth Intrusion Court, where those involved appeared together with their lawyers José Martinez Brito, Okensy Contreras, and Andrés Toribio, who achieved the ruling in favor after ten months of legal proceedings.
The jurists reported that both artists remain innocent of all the accusations made by the Public Ministry against them last year, as decided by the court.
