Romeo, with a record in Mexico, sell 50 thousand tickets in 48 hours

SANTO DOMINGO.- Romeo Santos, The King of Bachata, does it again. He set records by placing the “sold out” sign in the Campo Marte stadium in Mexico City, selling more than 50,000 tickets in less than 48 hours.

The singer-songwriter of Dominican origin sold out the tickets in record time for his engagement on August 15 as part of “Formula Vol. 3: La Gira”, which arrived in the Mexican nation preceded by overwhelming success in Latin America.

The idol of the crowds will begin his Mexican tour on August 4 at the Caliente Stadium in Tijuana.

In addition to Mexico City and Tijuana, the interpreter of La Suegra will perform on stages in Monterrey (August 6), Guadalajara (August 11), Querétaro (August 13), Veracruz (August 18) and Mérida (August 20).

“Formula Vol 3: La Gira” began on February 10 at the National Stadium of Peru, where The King Of Bachata presented four concerts to a full house.

This tour receives the name of the fifth studio album by the award-winning artist, in which he has collaborated with Justin Timberlake, Chris Lebrón, Christian Nodal, Rosalía, Luis Miguel del Amargue, Rubby Pérez, Toño Rosario, El Lápiz Conciente, Fernando Villalona and Ramón Orlando.
