The Feliz family, who resides in New York City and has not visited their country for more than four years, has said that the mortal remains of the child, Gioser Luis Feliz, will be transferred to the Big Apple to render his funeral processions.
Sergio Feliz expressed this Thursday his deep pain as a father on social networks, mainly on his Instagram account, where he published several videos and photographs that show the state of desolation that, as a father, he has felt after the horrendous act of blood that cost him life to his son.

According to the father’s statements, he has no enemies or problems with anyone and does not know who committed the crime against his son, Gioser Luis Feliz.

Authorities arrest the alleged perpetrators of the crime.
According to the National Police spokesman, Diego Pesqueira, five young people were arrested for the crime of the 9-year-old boy Gioser Luis Feliz, who allegedly admitted his participation in the act, and said that they would be brought to justice in the next few hours, to through the Public Ministry.
“The detainees admitted their participation in the act and will be brought before the courts in the next few hours, through the Public Ministry,” said the police spokesman at a press conference.
The detainees are Luis Ángel Vargas Brito, 18 years old; Derlin Javier Mercado Martinez, Cesar Junior Ulloa Cuevas; José Manuel Almonte Santana, known as Buki, 20, and Elian Martínez Sánchez, alias Odalis, 22, a resident of the Cienfuegos sector, Santiago. Due to the profile of the crime, the authorities should broaden the investigations because it does not seem to be a common act of vandalism, and there could be elements of intellectuality in the facts that could be characterized as a commissioned crime.

The National Police reported this Thursday that the young people identified as perpetrators of the crime on Santiago’s Circunvalación Norte Avenue rented a Hyundai Sonata car to follow up on a group of travelers coming from the Cibao International Airport, where the deceased child was traveling.
The evidence collected at the Cibao International Airport and other locations points to the detainees as the people who followed Sergio Luis Feliz Mancebo, his son, Gioser Luis Feliz, and his sentimental partner, whose identity was not revealed by the police.
According to the statements of the institution of order, the detainees admitted their participation in the crime. They will be brought to justice in the next few hours through the Public Ministry.
