New York: Dr. Yomare Polanco, the overseas deputy candidate of the Dominican Revolutionary Party (PRD), announced that if he wins the popular vote in the elections on May 19, he will establish an office where citizens can communicate their concerns.
Furthermore, he stated that there is a plan to establish media outlets in distant cities within his jurisdiction to assist all Dominicans.
Polanco claimed that in his 12 years in office, “no previous or current leader has approached Dominicans living in the #1 constituency in the U.S.”
Polanco said that he would make himself available every day, 24 hours a day, as he has been with his Dominican community for over 30 years, while traditional politicians only appear during campaigns.
Polanco made these statements after being interviewed by the press during his campaign activities this weekend in the tri-state region.”
