New York: National leader Trevor Fitzgibbon has defined Robert F. Kennedy Jr. as an exceptional candidate destined to win the 2024 elections. Fitzgibbon, who has been involved in protecting National Forests and drinking water since childhood as an environmental organizer, expressed his honor in being the Director of American Values 2024 Super PAC, which fervently supports RFK Jr.’s independent candidacy.

These statements were made during the event “CONNECTING THE DOTS FOR RFK JR,” featuring the presence of American Values 2024 Super PAC co-founder TONY LYONS and CEO CANDACE MCDONALD. The event aimed to forge a strategic alliance between the African-American and Latino communities in support of Robert F. Kennedy Jr.’s independent candidacy. The gathering occurred on Tuesday, November 14, from 6-9 pm at HIDDEN CITY LOFT, 136 EAST 24 Street, NY, NY 10010.

“I’m Trevor Fitzgibbon, Managing Director of the Super PAC, introduced himself by saying, ‘I’m from the Pacific Northwest. I grew up as an environmental organizer, working to protect national forests and preserve drinking water. That’s where I met Kennedy. We’ve never had anyone running for president with these credentials like him. He is one of the top environmental litigators in the country,'” said Fitzgibbon.

Responding to the audience’s question about Kennedy’s contributions to organizations, Fitzgibbon stated, ‘He is taking on all the giant corporations at once to protect drinking water. I worked for Waterkeeper and Riverkeeper, assisted with public relations in the media, and know how much he has done for those organizations.

“Can I tell you something? He prioritizes environmental racism. He prioritizes seeking justice for minorities and people of color, who have consistently, throughout history, had to bear the brunt of the burden of toxins,” Fitzgibbon added.

“Small towns in West Virginia were thrown into the water due to mountaintop removal by giant multinational corporations destroying mountaintops. And the poor who live downstream have to face the consequences,” said Trevor Fitzgibbon.

He explained that he lives in South Carolina because that state and Georgia are on the coast. There are such high levels of Toxaphene that schools must be closed. “They should put schools on bricks because they don’t want students to step on the dirt. It is also one of the poorest areas of the country. And I can tell you one thing: Robert F. Kennedy JR seeks justice and will fight to ensure those corporations are held accountable, like in Michigan, where politicians won’t get away with corruption and sweetheart deals; “They have gotten away with being cozy with polluting corporations.”

Finally, Trevor Fitzgibbon, Managing Director of American Values 2024 Super PAC, stated that water is our most precious natural resource. But the corporations that destroy this precious resource know that there are no laws to stop them; they treat it like their own private sewer. However, clean water is the sewer from which we all live.” So that’s what I would say to answer that question,” he concluded his intervention.
