The Sunset Park According to the NYPD, two persons are being held in connection with the shooting of two teenagers at a Brooklyn bodega.

Ousmane Diallo, 21, of Crown Heights, is accused of two charges of attempted murder and one count of criminal possession of a firearm, according to the police.

Police have named Diallo the shooter, and he has previously been detained for assault, robbery, and grand theft. After a second non-fatal shooting in January 2022, he gets released from probation, according to authorities.

Police reported that a 16-year-old man was also detained and charged with criminal possession of a weapon.
In Sunset Park, near a school, at the bodega on the corner of 4th Avenue and 36th St., a shooting occurred on Tuesday around 2:30 p.m.

According to the bodega owner, the two teenagers, who frequent the store, were shot inside by a gunman who approached the front door.
According to authorities, the two victims, both 18 years old, were shot in the shoulder. They were rushed to the hospital, where their condition was reported to be stable.
